Shaped solid aluminium panels are made of high-strength aluminium alloy sheets in thicknesses of 2mm, 2.5mm or 3mm.

A shaped solid aluminium panel consists mainly of aluminium sheet, ribs and ears for hanging. It can be filled with rockwool if required. The ears for hanging can be formed through bending of the aluminium sheet, or through fitting aluminium profile on the panel. There are bolts welded on the back of the panel, by which the panel and the ribs are connected to form a solid body. The purpose of the ribs is to increase the strength and rigidity of the panel in order to maintain the flatness of the panel during a long period of application.

Coating

A shaped solid aluminium panel is generally coated by PVDF resin, conformed to AAMA 605.2. Other coatings such as polyester and acrylic resin could be used. The color of coating could be selected wth the manufacturer's standard color list or be specified by the customers.

Curtain wall, interior decoration, cover of column, panels for advertisement and identification, balcony and decorative insulating panel, compartment, show table, instrumental case or panel.
