The Aluminum Composite Panels range of Alubond
u.s.a is probably the largest in the world.
ACP Panels are available in thickness of
1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm and 8mm. The
range of finishes include PVDF, Polyester,
Marble and Granite Kynar Films, Double shaded
Chameleon, Wood grain and veneer textures
and Arctic Figured. All finishes are available
in Exterior Grade and Interior Grade. Alubond
u.s.a ACP Panels are curently being supplied
from our two plants in Denver, Colorado,
U.S.A and Shenzhen, China. Our 3rd plant
will commence production in U.A.E from June
2004.
The
rapid world wide growth of Alubond U.S.A
ACP has encouraged ABTI to install a new
multi million dollar production facility
in U.A.E. The ultra modern plant can produce
panels from 1mm to 6mm thickness in widths
of up to 1575mm. The production capability
of the plant will be over 2 million square
meters per anum and will be the first plant
in the Middle East of this kind. U.A.E based
Eurocon Building Industries, a group company
of the multinational Mulk Group of companies
will be in a joint venture with ABTI U.S.A
for this new plant. Technical know-how,
training, plant and machinery along with
PVDF, Kynar 500 coated coils will be supplied
by ABTI U.S.A.
The
new production line established in U.A.E
uses state-of-the-art fully computerized
machinery imported from Germany and reputed
U.S. manufacturers. The production capacity
for composite Aluminum is 3 million square
meters per year and custom shaped solid
aluminum panels is 500,000 square meters
per year.
ABTI has an experienced Research & Development
team of over 40 specialized engineers and
technicians with formal training in Germany
and U.S.A. backed by its central laboratory
and testing facilities. In addition to this
Alubond is tested to compliance as per various
ASTM, B.S.and DIN standards as well as achieving
the ISO 9002:94 quality certification.
The Exterior Grade Alubond u.s.a ACP has
an outer skin coated with KYNAR 500 PVDF
fluorocarbon coating from P.P.G., U.S.A.
and carries a 10 years P.P.G. backed warranty
for coating and production defects.
